Correctional Probation Officers - Appointment and Responsibility

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to allow officers to utilize a motorcycle or other two-wheeled vehicle to travel to and from work and court appearances.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment to Rule 33-302.1031, F.A.C., allows officers to utilize a motorcycle or other two-wheeled vehicle to travel to and from work and court appearances.
