Private School Scholarship Compliance

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to update the compliance reporting requirements specified in Form IEPC SCF-1, Scholarship Program Compliance Form for Private School Participants in State Scholarship Programs, to reflect new statutory requirements. The effect will be a rule that is consistent with the governing statutes and procedures of the Department.

SUMMARY:

The rule is amended to include revisions to Form IEPC SCF-1, Private School Scholarship Program Compliance Form.
