Subject:	The Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association announces a Joint and Concurrent teleconference meeting of its Operations Committee and Rates and Forms Committee. Agenda topics may include legislative update; 2008 Operations Report; budget expense considerations; disaster recovery matters; report on operations; review of rates, rating plans and policy forms and associated matters to include application forms; 2009 loss ratio selection; and program to eliminate the Subplan D deficit.
