Overview

RULE:

61D-14.053	Key Controls (Transferred)
61D-14.063	Count Rooms (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules will be to implement and interpret Florida Statutes that relate to rules regulating the conduct of slot machine operations at pari-mutuel racing facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule has been reworded to improve clarity. The updated rules specify the documentation required in the access log regarding any secure key in Rule 61D-14.053, F.A.C., and specify that a metal detector shall be used as outlined in the facility internal controls to inspect persons exiting the count room in Rule 61D-14.063, F.A.C.
