Reporting Disciplinary Infractions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to state that acts directly associated with an inmate’s intentional self injurious behavior shall not be reported for disciplinary action.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule is amended to state that acts directly associated with an inmate’s intentional self injurious behavior shall not be reported for disciplinary action.
