Eligibility for Children in Families Receiving or Applying for Unemployment Compensation

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule development is to establish School Readiness program eligibility criteria for children of families receiving or applying for Unemployment Compensation (UC) benefits.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development will address School Readiness program eligibility criteria for children of UC recipient and applicant families, funding sources for the eligibility.
