PURPOSE:

Chapter 59A-35, Florida Administrative Code, is being developed to establish uniform procedures for licensure of health care facilities as authorized in Chapter 408, Part II, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule will establish licensure requirements, application procedures and administrative proceedings for all health care providers licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
