65G-4.014

Eligibility for Agency Services - Definitions

PURPOSE:

To establish criteria for determining eligibility for services as for persons with disabilities as defined in Section 393.063, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development would create new rules for eligibility criteria, what information is required to document eligibility as well as providing interpretative guidelines.
