Registration as a Dispensing Physician; Delegation of Dispensing to Prescribing Physician Assistants

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is intended to incorporate the application form and set forth the requirements for dispensing practitioners.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule sets forth the requirements for those physicians who dispense drugs in his or her medical practice. The rule incorporates the required form by reference and sets forth the website address for obtaining the form.
