Arts and Cultural Grants

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to establish in rule the most recent guidelines and administrative forms for the General Program Support Program and the Specific Cultural Project Program. The guidelines for both programs clarify eligibility criteria, allowable costs, application procedures, matching funds, reporting requirements, an updated Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) listing, and updated application form. The grant report form adds information pertaining to the Florida Single Audit Act (FSAA) and incorporates the State Grant Expenditure Log.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule incorporates the latest General Program Support Program and Specific Cultural Project Program guidelines and administrative forms. Amendments to the guidelines include eligibility criteria, allowable costs, application procedures, matching funds, reporting requirements, and an updated Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) listing.
