Overview



	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 8, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The Arc Jacksonville, 1050 North Davis Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209

Subject:	These public meetings are being held to provide stakeholders and all interested parties with the opportunity to provide input on the extension request for Florida’s 1115 Research and Demonstration Waiver. During the meetings, the following items will be discussed: legislation passed during the 2010 Florida Legislative Session which impacts the waiver, overview of the existing waiver and description of the draft extension request. There will be an opportunity for public comment at the meetings.
