Elderly Offender Housing

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to remove reference to the Correctional Privatization Commission, as the commission no longer exists.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule removes references to the Correctional Privatization Commission, as the commission no longer exists, and is amended to reflect recent changes to Section 944.804, F.S.
