12C-2.0115

Public Use Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12C-2.0115, F.A.C. (Public Use Forms), is to adopt, by reference, changes to the forms used by the Department in the administration of the tax on governmental leasehold estates and to provide the 2011 Valuation Factor Table used to calculate the amount of tax due.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments to Rule 12C-2.0115, F.A.C. (Public Use Forms), adopt, by reference, the updates to forms used by the Department in the administration of the tax on government leasehold estates and to the 2011 Valuation Factor Table.
