RULE:

68A-9.004

Permits for Hunting or Other Recreational Use on Wildlife Management Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise the number of Recreational User Permits (RUPs) issued for Gulf Hammock Wildlife Management Area (WMA). The proposed rule amendment will allow an unlimited number of permits to be issued for the WMA.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment would adjust the number of Recreational User Permits (RUPs) as follows:
Gulf Hammock WMA – increase the number of recreational user permits issued from 450 to unlimited.

Article IV, Section 9, Florida Constitution.
