Third-Party Voter Registration Organizations

PURPOSE:

Amendment to the Rule and its incorporated forms to fully implement Ch. 2022-73, Laws of Fla., and 2023-120, Laws of Fla., remove a requirement that was held unconstitutional, update contact information, update statutory citations, and incorporate administrative experience.

SUMMARY:

This amendment updates the Rule and incorporated forms to provide procedures for voluntary termination and re-registration of 3PVROs, remove a requirement that was held unconstitutional, update contact information and statutory citations, and make other changes based on administrative experience.
