District Comprehensive Evidence-Based Reading Plan

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule is to provide criteria for the development and implementation of district plans for use of the research-based reading instruction allocation provided in Section 1011.62(9), F.S. The effect of the rule will be the establishment of criteria by which the K-12 Comprehensive Reading Plans will be evaluated and approved pursuant to Sections 1001.215(5) and (6), F.S.
