PURPOSE:

The purpose is to review the requirements of the rules listed above to ensure they are consistent with current implementing statute. The effect will be rules which are consistent with statute and reflect the current policies.

SUBJECT:

Credentials for Education Preparation Institute completers, accounting practices to be followed by Community Colleges, procurement requirements, budget matters, and requirements for the Dr. Philip Benjamin Matching Program for Community Colleges.
