PURPOSE:

The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat.  The proposed amendments clarify the duration for individual mining/dewatering fees and update the list of forms incorporated by reference in other District rules.

SUBJECT:

Clarifying Individual Mining/Dewatering durations, adding DEP Forms 3 and 4 to list of forms incorporated by reference in other District rules, and adding effective date of water use forms listed.
