68A-25.052

Regulations Governing the Processing of Alligators and Sale of Alligator Meat, Carcasses, and Parts

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment would establish or amend regulations regarding meat packaging, processing, documentation requirements, and general rule clean-up for alligator processing. The effect of the proposed rule changes will be to provide greater flexibility for alligator meat processors and provide consistency and clarity.

SUBJECT:

Statewide alligator harvest program regulations.
