Registration as a Dispensing Physician; Delegation of Dispensing to Prescribing Physician Assistants

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the development of a rule amendment to incorporate the revised Dispensing Physician form and to address the delegation of dispensing to a prescribing physician assistant.

SUBJECT:

The revised dispensing registration for physicians and delegation of dispensing to prescribing physician assistants.
