Application Requirements (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to implement and interpret Florida Statutes that relate to rules regulating the conduct of slot machine operations at pari-mutuel racing facilities.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in this rule are: An update to the rule providing clarification of the application process for a license to conduct slot machine gaming and the requirement for the use and a format for the proof of a bond that is required of all entities applying for a license to conduct slot machine gaming contained in Rule 61D-14.002, F.A.C.
