Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to make changes to reflect legislative revisions related to accountability of approved scholarship recipient private schools as well as clarify technical changes to website references. The effect will be a rule that is consistent with the governing statute.
