Licensure Examination and Passing Score; Laws and Rules Examination; Additional Requirements After Third Failure

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that assists physical therapist and physical therapist assistant applicants by updating the re-take application with simplified history questions.

SUBJECT:

The rule amendment addresses changes to the licensure application history questions.
