Suspension of Visitation Privileges

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to clarify the circumstances under which an inmate or visitor’s visiting privileges may be suspended.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule clarifies the circumstances under which an inmate or visitor’s visiting privileges may be suspended and incorporates a matrix to guide staff in determining the length of the suspension.
