Visiting - Forms (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to repeal the rule and incorporate the forms into substantive visiting rules located in Chapter 33-601, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being repealed, as the six forms incorporated are being transferred to substantive rules within Chapter 33-601, F.A.C., via rulemaking.
