Incentive Gain Time

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to clarify when an inmate may be ineligible for gain time.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule clarifies when an inmate is ineligible to earn incentive gain time following receipt of a disciplinary report.
