Visiting - Special Status Inmates

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to specify the rules applicable to visiting privileges for inmates in administrative confinement, protective management, or disciplinary confinement status and to the determination whether an approved visit will be non-contact.

SUMMARY:

The subject area to be addressed relates to visiting privileges for inmates in administrative confinement, protective management or disciplinary confinement and non-contact visits.
