40B-9.131	Public Use of District Lands
40B-9.139	Use Fees (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate by reference an updated Public Use Guide; and incorporate by reference an updated Use Fees Schedule.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule development will establish updated fees for certain uses of District lands; and incorporate the updated Public Use Guide.
