RULE:

1S-2.002

Placement of Races on Primary Ballots (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule, last amended in 2003, is obsolete.  All continent that continues to be relevant is now covered by rule 1S-2.032, Florida Administrative Code, which relates to the uniform ballot standards for primary and general election ballots.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being repealed because all continent that continues to be relevant is now covered by rule 1S-2.032, Florida Administrative Code.
