Disciplinary Guidelines; Range of Penalties; Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify a disciplinary guideline regarding failing to meet minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing CNA practice.

SUMMARY:

Disciplinary Guidelines will be clarified.
