RULE:

6A-6.03311

Procedural Safeguards and Due Process Procedures for Parents and Students with Disabilities

PURPOSE:

To ensure that federal and state requirements are addressed with respect to mediation provided for disputes that arise under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The effect will clarify the state-provided mediation process. Other technical changes will be made.

Mediation process for students with disabilities.
