64B15-12.001	Examinations
64B15-12.003	Applications for Licensure

PURPOSE:

64B15-12.001 – to clarify the examination rule.   64B15-12.003 – to adopt and incorporate by reference the application for licensure by endorsement pursuant to Section 456.0145(2), F.S. (SB 1600), update rulemaking authority and law implemented,  and to clarify the rule as needed.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments will clarify the rules text and incorporates the application form into the rule.
