PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to set the application and permit fees for black bear hunting. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to provide clarity on fees for hunting black bears.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment sets application and permit fees for black bear hunting.
