PURPOSE:

To repeal Rules 49B-1.007 through 49B-1.078, Florida Administrative Code, as the provisions of these rules are obsolete and no longer in accordance with applicable statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

The Board of Directors proposes to repeal Tampa Bay Water's rules regarding its administration due to them becoming obsolete and unnecessary as a result of statutory revisions to Section 120.53, F.S., which eliminated the requirement that these items be adopted into rule.
