Application for Participation in the Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to update the manner in which a copy of the Participation Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Application may be obtained; to update the description of the material the Board is allowed to require applicants to submit.

SUMMARY:

The amendment deletes obsolete language pertaining to the material the Board is allowed to require applicants to submit and updates the manner in which a copy of the Participation Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Application and Application may be obtained from the Board
