RULE:

1S-2.009

Constitutional Amendment by Initiative Petition

PURPOSE:

Amendment to the Rule and its incorporated forms to fully implement Ch. 2025-21, Laws of Fla., update contact information, update statutory citations, and incorporate administrative experience.

SUMMARY:

This amendment updates the Rule and incorporated forms to conform to statutory changes related to timely submission of initiative petitions and reporting related to initiative petitions, provide a procedure for a new statutory requirement for supervisors to deliver physical copies of initiative petitions to the Division, update contact information and statutory citations, and make other changes based on administrative experience.
