Overview

RULE:

61D-14.001	General Definitions (Transferred)
61D-14.004	Denial Criteria for Applications and Renewals (Transferred)
61D-14.005	Occupational License Requirements for Individual Persons (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to implement and interpret Florida Statutes that relate to rules regulating the conduct of slot machine operations at pari-mutuel racing facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rules address the following subject matter areas: A correction to the definition of “ticket” contained in Rule 61D-14.001, F.A.C.; clarification of the definition of convictions referenced in Section 550.1815, Florida Statutes, referenced in Rule 61D-14.004, F.A.C.; and to correct a cross-reference to a rule contained in Rule 61D-14.005, F.A.C.
