Inmate Visitation - Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rulemaking is to add a definition of “major rule violation” and add a definition of “indefinite suspension” to replace the definition of “revocation.”

SUMMARY:

A definition of “major rule violation” for the purpose of visitation suspension is added, and the definition of “revocation” is replaced with a definition of “indefinite suspension.”
